These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Ana Bosnjak / The Simplicity Code, including private advisory, talks, workshops, group programs and related digital resources.
By booking, purchasing or participating in a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The services provided are strategic, educational and advisory in nature. They may include business strategy, marketing, positioning, decision-making, workshops, talks and related resources.
The specific scope, duration and investment of a service will be communicated at the time of booking or set out in a separate agreement.
Your booking becomes confirmed once the agreed payment or deposit has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise specified. Applicable VAT will be added where required.
Payment terms, including deposits and payment plans, will be stated when you book a service or in your individual service agreement.
Rescheduling is possible subject to availability and the cancellation terms applicable to the service you have purchased.
For private sessions, reasonable advance notice is required. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be considered used, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
For talks, workshops and other services where a date is reserved specifically for you, deposits may be non-refundable as stated in the booking or service agreement.
Any statutory cancellation or refund rights that apply to you remain unaffected.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions and implementation.
I provide strategic guidance, perspective and expertise, but do not guarantee specific business, financial or personal results.
My services do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, tax or financial advice.
All frameworks, materials, resources and Simplicity Codes created or provided by Ana Bosnjak remain her intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may use materials provided to you for your own business and personal development. You may not copy, sell, distribute, teach, reproduce, or present them as your own without written permission.
Information shared in private work is treated confidentially.
In group settings, participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of other participants.
I may use general, anonymised themes or insights for educational or marketing purposes, but will not identify you without your permission.
For virtual services, you are responsible for having a suitable internet connection and the necessary technology to participate.
If a technical issue on my side prevents a session or service from being delivered, we will reschedule it at no additional cost.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, I am not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of my services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply under applicable law.
