For Ana Bosnjak/ The Simplicity Code™

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Ana Bosnjak, including The Simplicity Immersion (1:1 advising), The Simplicity Code Talks and Workshops, and future group cohorts.

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service, you agree to the terms below.


1. Who I Am

I am the data controller for all services and communication related to my business.


2. Services Covered

These terms apply to:

• The Simplicity Immersion (1:1 strategic workshop)
• The Simplicity Code (Talks and Workshops for leaders)
• Future group cohort programs
• Free alignment calls
• Digital communication, resources, and materials


3. Booking and Payment

3.1 The Simplicity Immersion (1:1 Services)

The full investment is paid at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing or otherwise stated.
Your immersion is confirmed once payment has been received.

3.2 Talks and Workshops (The Simplicity Code)

A non-refundable deposit is invoiced upon booking to secure your date.
The remaining balance is invoiced and payable after the talk or workshop has been delivered.

3.3 Group Cohorts

Full payment is due upon enrollment unless a payment plan is explicitly offered and confirmed in writing.

3.4 Currency

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and include VAT where required.


4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

4.1 The Simplicity Immersion (1:1)

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.
Once the workshop has taken place, no refunds are offered.

4.2 Talks and Workshops (The Simplicity Code)

Deposits are non-refundable, as your date is reserved and preparation begins immediately.
The remaining balance is due after delivery.

If you need to reschedule, I will do my best to accommodate based on availability.

4.3 Group Cohorts

Due to limited capacity, all payments for group cohorts are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer to a future cohort, space permitting.

4.4 No-Show Policy

If you do not attend a scheduled session, workshop, or cohort meeting without notice, the session is considered completed and is non-refundable.


5. Deposit Policy (Summary)

• Deposits apply to all talks and workshops.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Your date is reserved only once the deposit is paid.
• The remaining balance is due after delivery.
• Rescheduling may be possible based on availability.


6. Client Responsibility

By participating, you agree to:

• Arrive on time and be fully present
• Complete any pre-work if requested
• Communicate honestly during sessions
• Take responsibility for your decisions and actions
• Use the guidance provided ethically and professionally

You understand that your results depend on your commitment, choices, and implementation.


7. My Role and Disclaimer

I provide strategic clarity, guidance, and simplification support.

You are responsible for all decisions, actions, and outcomes that result from our work together.

My role is to provide clarity, perspective, and strategic guidance, but I do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or performance improvements.

I do not offer medical, legal, tax, financial, or psychological advice.


8. Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, frameworks, and Simplicity Codes provided during 1:1 sessions, workshops, talks, or cohort programs are the intellectual property of Ana Bosnjak.

You may use these materials for your own business and personal development, but you may not:

• copy
• sell
• distribute
• repurpose
• teach
• or present them as your own

without written permission.


9. Confidentiality

All information shared during 1:1 sessions is treated with discretion and respect.

I may reference themes or examples anonymously for teaching or marketing purposes, but will never share identifying details without your permission.

In group settings, participants are expected to maintain confidentiality about other members.


10. Client Satisfaction

Your experience matters to me. If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, I encourage you to reach out so we can discuss your concerns.

I aim to address issues promptly and fairly, and will make every reasonable effort to support you within the scope of the service you have purchased.

However, dissatisfaction alone does not qualify for a refund.

All services, sessions, and deposits remain subject to the refund, rescheduling, and payment policies outlined above.


11. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal data is processed according to GDPR and my full Privacy Policy.

12. Technology and Access

You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and the necessary tools for virtual sessions.
Technical issues on your side do not qualify for refunds.

If I experience a technical issue that prevents delivery, we will reschedule at no extra cost.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of my services.
• You are responsible for the decisions you make based on our work together.
• My total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.


14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law and applicable EU regulations.
Any disputes will be handled under Swedish jurisdiction.


15. Updates to These Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions when needed.
The updated version will be published here with a new “Last updated” date.
