Your privacy matters. This policy explains how I collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you visit my website or work with me through The Simplicity Immersion, The Simplicity Code (Talk), or future group cohorts.

I follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all applicable EU privacy laws.

• Payment details (processed securely by third parties)
• Information shared during booking forms
• Information shared during sessions, workshops, or group cohorts

B. Information automatically collected

This helps me improve my website and content.


3. How and why I use your data

Your data is used for legitimate business purposes only.

I use your information to:

• Schedule and deliver 1:1 sessions
• Organize workshops and group cohorts

• Send updates or newsletters (only if you opt in)
• Process payments and manage billing

• Maintain legal and accounting records
• Deliver any contracted or requested service

I will NEVER:

• Sell your data
• Share your data unnecessarily
• Use your personal content (from sessions) without permission

Everything shared in sessions is confidential.

Contract: When you book a service or session
Consent: When you sign up for emails or newsletters
Legitimate interest: Improving services, running my business
Legal obligation: Accounting, tax records, compliance


5. How long I keep your information

I keep personal data only as long as necessary.

• Client records: up to 3–5 years (legal requirement)
• Email correspondence: 12–24 months
• Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe
• Payment information: stored by the payment provider, not by me

You can request deletion at any time (see Section 9).


6. How your data is stored and protected

Your data is stored securely through trusted third-party tools such as:

• Google Workspace
• Stripe / PayPal for payments
• Booking tools (Calendly, or similar)
• Website tools such as Podia or Squarespace

I use secure passwords, two-factor authentication, and limit access to ensure your information is protected.

No system is 100% risk-free, but I take your privacy seriously and follow best practices.


7. Do I share your data with anyone?

Data is shared only with essential third-party services needed to deliver what you requested:

• Payment processors
• Booking platforms
• Email marketing tools
• Website analytics tools
• Workshop platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.)

These partners comply with GDPR and only process data on my behalf.

I do not sell or share your data for advertising.
